Peekaboobaby Shipping Policy

We aim to get your Peekaboobaby order to you quickly, safely, and with love.
This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment is received in full via our payfast options or EFT.
Processing time is 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Please allow 4 - 8 days for baby gyms should we be out of stock.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Delivery Methods & Areas
We ship nationwide within South Africa using trusted courier services.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Major cities & towns: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Outlying or rural areas: 5–7 business days after dispatch
Note: These are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, weather, or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or provided during order confirmation.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected orders.
Shipping will be completed through PUDO or through PostNet Courier.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or WhatsApp.
You can track your parcel on the courier’s website.
6. Risk & Responsibility
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed over to the courier.
We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier service, but we will assist you in resolving issues with them.
7. Incorrect Address or Missed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing your order.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged:
Take clear photos before opening.
Contact us immediately with the photos and your order number.
We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
