Peekaboobaby Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Peekaboobaby purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right — within the guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange if:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect when you receive it.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Items not eligible for return:
Personalized or custom-made items
Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Items that have been used, washed, or altered
2. How to Request a Return
Email us at info@peekaboobaby.co.za or WhatsApp +27 83 391 2114 within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos showing the defect/damage
We’ll review your request and provide further instructions.
3. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (defective/incorrect item), we’ll cover reasonable return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
4. Refunds & Processing
Refunds will only be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
We may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund where appropriate.
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If your requested item is not available, we can issue store credit or a refund.
6. Damaged Items in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening and contact us immediately.
We will work with the courier and arrange a resolution.
7. Consumer Protection Act Compliance
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act, 2008.
You are entitled to goods that are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description.
